I received missing weights and incorrect style and qty from what was advertised.
I never received 2-45lbs.
I received 2-35lbs, but the wrong style. They arrived as standard barbel plates with 1inch inner barbell diameter. I also received the wrong style for 2-10bs, 4-5lbs, and 2-2.5lbs that are standard barbell plates with 2-inch inner diameter.
For the style that arrived, that I thought I ordered per what was advertised, they are nice quality and fit on 2-inch Olympic barbell well. They are easy to handle with the handle features and will work well for me to add different stuff to my routine. I don’t have time or the patience to mess around trying to return the incorrect ones.

These weights are excellent quality and the price point is excellent compared to other brands. I would have given 5 stars but I received 10 – 25 lb, plates instead of the 2-45lb, 2-35lb, 2-25lb that were advertised. Amazon customer support offered to exchange but I would need to return the delivered set. I chose to keep the set instead of hauling 300lbs of weights to UPS. Amazon issued a partial refund for the inconvenience which I am grateful for.
I also tried to contact fitvids customer support directly via a number of email addresses found on their website…. But all of my emails have been returned undeliverable.

I ordered the 255lb iron plates with handles and they arrived in two shipments before stated delivery date. Good packaging (though they use boxes with different style plates) and overall great plates for beginner. One problem is that I received (2) 35lb rubberized plates with 3 handles. These are still good looking but just not my aesthetic. After contacting Amazon, a partial return was not possible so they allow partial refund instead. Not ideal to have mismatching plates but Amazon comes through with buyer protections. I also ordered two additional 45’s with more finish inconsistencies but these set had good quality on the finish.
I will definitely order these again as I love the style of these weights even with the risk of inconsistent products and poor shipping.
